Gift Exchange & Returns Policy
At Illyrian Creations, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. Should any goods be faulty, we will fulfil our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. However, Illyrian Creations is not obliged to offer a refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase, so please make your selections carefully.
If you have purchased an item from our website, either for yourself or as a gift, and need to return it, we offer an exchange for another product(s) or an Illyrian Creations gift card, provided the item is returned within 14 days of dispatch for orders made within Australia or within 30 days for orders made from another country. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. You may return items using the following method:
- Return via Mail:
- Securely bubble wrap and pack your item(s) in a padded bag.
- Complete all sections of the Returns Form included with your order or provide a detailed explanation for the return.

Please note that Illyrian Creations:
- Will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for the return of goods deemed faulty or incorrect.
- Cannot accept returns for any reason other than faults, after 30 days from the dispatch date.
- Is not obligated to refund an item due to a change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
